Product Support
PureComponents offer product support to all the registered users. The aim of product support is to provide all the information about PureComponents products and to help the customer to use them in their projects. PureComponents offer two levels of product support:
Limited Support for Simple License users
Simple License is provided without technical support. Support is not included in the price of the product and product is provided fully AS IS. Providing JUST the product allows us to give you such a low price and you do not need to pay for something you might or might not use. Support available only for following limited areas:
- Pricing and licensing queries
- Installation problems
- Basic product information
Should you find yourself in a need of the technical support you can purchase the Technical Support Ticket, which gives you access to technical support for one month. Second option is to purchase One Year Subscription License which gives you access to the Technical Support for period of one year.
Technical support for subscribers
This dedicated online support service for developers provides technical assistance for code support, programming questions, and diagnostic advice to identify cause of issue that may include:
- Questions about how to use a product
- Code level support
- Best practice guidance
- Workarounds when available
Technical support is available at no additional cost to all registered subscribers. You have access to Customer Web Portal where you can submit, view and update any support issues. You can expect to receive an email-response to their question within three business days
